Lynn is an active real estate investor. She has been involved in real estate development projects from Heritage Revitalisation Agreements with the city of Coquitlam, to development of Triplexes and Fourplexes. She is familiar with the entire project process from acquisition of properties, to securing investment funds, development applications, floor plan designs, material choices and staging the finished properties.

Her focus areas are in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby and New Westminster. However, she is experience to help her client navigate through complicated real estate purchase and sale processes with her business acumen and background in residential and commercial real estate.

Lynn loves cooking and sharing her home cooking skills with family and friends. In her free time, you’ll find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes and sharing a fantastic meal with her friends and family. She also enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, reading books on health and longevity and watching movies.

To help bridge the gap between English and non-English speakers, Lynn speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.
