We worked with Adil when we sold our last home and did not hesitate to engage his team again for our recent purchase and sale. We were blessed to have Mustafa and Adil help us navigate a complex buy and sell scenario. My family decided to upsize our house in the red hot Burke Mountain market. Mustafa and Adil masterfully secured the house of our dreams within our predetermined budget, in a 7+ multiple offer situation. However, after we secured our dream house the market slowed to a crawl. My wife and I had high expectation of what we wanted to sell our home for and we began to second guess ourselves, but Mustafa continued to remain confident. Instead of asking us to settle for deals close to our target the team rolled up their sleeves and put in work week after week to get us the price we wanted. In the end Mustafa set a record selling price for the block. Even after taking care of both sides of the deal Mustafa and the team went above and beyond to help us secure alternative accommodations until we received possession of our new home. Mustafa was attentive from beginning to end. He quickly learned what our wants and needs were in a property. When it came to viewings, he was always available. Adil and his team were absolutely the best choice for our first real estate purchase. We had lots of questions - and Adil answered all of them with care (and at all times of day!). Adil knows the ins and outs of the Vancouver market, and further, was able to refer us to other 5-star professionals we needed along the way (broker, notary, etc). His advice was always in our best interest, and as a client it felt like we had a heavy-hitter in Adil, who was always advocating for us. I’d recommend him hands down to anyone needing an agent. Especially to those who are new to the buy/sell process or wanting a full-service experience.

We met with Adil and Jamil and discussed what we were looking for after new year. First time buyers with no experience but prepared with mortgage broker starting things and down payment 20% Our budget, type of places, specific locations, amenities both on site and in the community, size and rooms etc were discussed. We were looking for feedback on what was realistic and doable with what we have. They listened and noted what we discussed and ran some ideas by us that helped us understand where we were at in a crazy time how the market is so townhouse idea was scrapped and compromised for a 3 bed condo which was the best option we felt. We started looking soon after that thinking of finding a place by 8-9 months away when the lease on our place was up and a nice summer spent in Port Moody After a few viewings to get ideas they had knowledge of a place that was being listed soon to get in early on, that ticked all our boxes. When we seen it we realized how closely they listened to what we were looking for and gave us solid advice. Within weeks of starting to look we had a bid in, accepted under asking price amazingly, mortgage approved, inspection was easy, initial down payment made and deal closed for a date in summer which gave us room to end our lease and worked for us and the seller who bought a house. Flexibility on dates we learned was very valuable to us and the seller not rushing overall on move in dates. The building we bought is great the location is excellent right in Coquitlam Centre with great amenities and will retain value confidently in these odd times. Jamil and Adil are great! They are attentive to detail, they work very hard and know what they are doing. I trusted their opinion and guidance and it honestly went smoothly. Took 1.5 months from looking at places to deal closed. In hindsight it was a great deal as the townhouse market is crazy and we viewed a couple of townhouses that were older and way overvalued and no bigger than our condo so we seen what was out there going $100k over asking vs what we got, this is a great stepping stone for us and sometimes you need to be realistic with what you have vs what you want at the start of it all. After some viewings you see what you get for your money. I can't speak highly enough of these guys you're in safe hands and they are really nice genuine people also
