Our purchase experience was very positive. The team was professional, things were handled in a timely manner, the office staff was friendly and everyone knew what they were doing. Gary also saw the listing online. We called the office and Ashley Bowles got the luck of the draw and she made herself immediately available to us even coming to our house. We have dealt with Susan Forrest over a period of ten years. Susan has sold two properties for us and we bought another with her assistance. My brother and I are were very pleased with your firm’s service, it was outstanding. We had a very short time to interview possible realtors to sell the home and were very impressed with the meeting we had with you. Specifically we felt your team was tight knit and that says a lot about your leadership. We also noticed a significant number of existing homes listed by you or your team and furthermore the number of sales that you had. The house itself was unique in terms of trying to identify a price and we both felt comfortable how we landed on our listing and that it was right for the house. We liked hearing about the showings. We were both very impressed with the pictures taken of the house and are certain it attracted potential buyers to at least have a look. We were also pleased with the ultimate deal in that we were able to address a few deficiencies identified in the inspection in a mutually acceptable way, noting with us being 1000 miles away there was added complexity. Overall we would MOST certainly recommend your company, are very pleased the house is sold at a price we felt was fair, and found the discussion and relationship with Cindy was terrific, recognizing we never did get a chance to meet her face to face.
