We bought a house in French Creek and our realtor was Richard Plowens from Team Susan Forrest . Team Susan Forrest was recommended to us by a top Ontario realtor, so we had great expectations, that were met and exceeded. We were very happy with all aspects of the process. From the extremely useful web site they use -which allows one to do granular searches and download the properties in format suitable for Excel analysis- to Richard’s remarkable charm, sense of humour, customer service, infinite patience and total trustworthiness. It was the time of low inventory in the housing markets and multiple offers , so Richard’s qualities made the process much easier. Richard works closely with Susan, so we always felt we have at least two realtors working for us, advising. That’s a useful thing in a house market where you have to make decisions at very high speed. We would definitely choose the same realtors again, whether it’s a hot or calm housing market, and we would recommend them to friends and family.
