Debbie was my real estate agent in August 2025. I sold my townhouse in Fairview slopes. It was a tough time to sell as buyers were in ‘wait and see’ mode regarding price drops. She gave me the staging and presentation strategy prior to ‘launch’. In addition, she had backup improvement plans prepared and priced in advance (in case it did not sell). As it turned out, we had a strong market response with multiple offers and, gratefully, a quick sale. For me, the seller, it was all rather easy 😊. Debbie did all of the work. In addition to staging and preparing homes, Debbie often has me price out upgrade options — such as painting kitchens from wood to white or updating bathrooms — and then provides her clients with before-and-after renderings along with real costs. This allows sellers to plan ahead, increase their listing price where it makes sense, and sell their homes faster. She is incredibly hands-on, organized, and truly goes above and beyond on every listing. On one project, I priced and completed a full kitchen update, and the turnaround time was just three days. Her ability to combine design, pricing, and real-world execution is extremely effective.
