We selected Jag because he answered his phone rather than a recording. We had called another key realtor but there was no answer, Jag made is proposal/strategy to us which was thorough and well thought out. We met him on a Tuesday and the open house was scheduled in three days, Friday and Saturday. He said he would bring in any offers on Monday. At 2 pm Monday we had multiple offers which we reviewed with him. We selected one and the deal was done. We picked a closing date which suited us and the buyer and everything worked out exactly as per his strategy.

Jag was very professional and kept us fully informed. We are seniors so an understanding realtor was key!
