Brace yourself, this is going to be a long one. I went to High School with Austin and have watched him go from " Just one guy I went to school with " all the way up to one of the most professional people I have worked with. I sell vehicles for a living, so I am a stickler with how people handle questions, and how people react to different situations. That being said, I went to Austin with some very menial, and very simple questions, about 7 or 8 months before even being in the market. He took the time to sit and have a coffee with me ( for over an hour I might add ) and took each one of my questions seriously, and was adamant I was not wasting his time. Cut to a few months later, myself and my Spouse are now in the market sooner than expected, and he gave honest and true opinions of each of the options we were considering, making sure we stayed on our original path, without straying off. He made the effort to not push us, and to work at our pace ( admittedly the pace changed quite a bit from my side ) He used his expertise and his knowledge of the market to get us into a place WELL UNDER ASKING PRICE that fit exactly what we wanted, with long term investment opportunity better that I had even originally expected. Being a young Buyer in this market is tough, and I saw how Austin treated me and my family differently than even brief run ins with other realtors, he made us feel like his most important client every time we spoke, and I will NEVER use someone else as I hope to work with him on more occasions, to build a sustainable investment in our tricky market. I truly recommend him to anyone, ESPECIALLY new / younger buyers, as he is not only a young professional himself, but will treat you more like a friend than a client.
