If I could give more than 5 stars for Brooke I would. Brooke goes the extra mile every single time she engages with you as a client. My son and his girlfriend just purchased their first home and in today’s market it can be very difficult finding a home that can check off all of the boxes and stay within your financial means. Brooke gave them sound advice when it was needed such as when to walk away from a property and keep looking but also provided them with so much knowledge whether it was structural information, ideas about certain renos, areas that could work well for them and areas that wouldn’t. My son also wanted us (mom and dad) to be involved every step of the way so that we could give our input as well and Brooke just dug right in with that even going so far as to include us in group texts to help them with decisions. When it was all said and done possession/move in day came and Brooke was there to share in the moment and even showed up with an extremely generous and thoughtful gift for them. My husband and I have purchased several properties on the mainland and the island and Brooke has a thoughtful patience that no other realtor we have ever worked with has. If you are looking for a realtor that really cares about her clients and works day and night for them look no further I cannot sing higher praise for a realtor, she is honest, a delight to work with and the real deal, an absolutely fabulous person!
