I did a general search on REW for condos available in my neighbourhood and T.J. contacted me almost immediately. What luck for me! I was impressed with him from the outset. Even with a young family at home, he found time to show me places when my schedule allowed for it (not convenient for most). He was always prompt, always courteous and very well informed. He advised me against places that I might have looked into more had I not had his input. He was cautious about non-quality buildings and asked all sorts of questions to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. He is a kind, intelligent gentleman who maneuvered through all the nuances of condo-buying with tactful finesse. I cannot say enough good things about T.J.. I worked with TJ for the sale of my condo in Hastings-Sunrise. Over the past 2 years, a number of realtors had reached out asking me if I wanted to list my condo, and even quoted me extravagant prices they claimed they could get me. I reached out to TJ more out of curiosity as I wanted to fact check if the other realtors were just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear. TJ was very frank and realistic, and I appreciated his candor. I did not end up listing my unit after speaking to TJ, but appreciated the honesty. About 6 months later the market got red hot, and I reached back out to TJ and he said that he was confident he could get me more than what he previously quoted me for a sale price. He was very personable, professional and always available almost 24/7 despite his busy lifestyle. I sold my condo inside 2 weeks for a price that I had only dreamt of previously. The final sale price was over $50k more than the original price he quoted me months earlier! The whole experience was as easy and stress free as I could have asked for. I enjoyed working with TJ so much, that I ended up purchasing 2 other properties with him within the next 3 months, and even referred him to a number of my friends!

T.J. was extremely professional and personable to work with. He took care of pretty much everything for the sale of my apartment including arranging the cleaning, staging, and photoshoot in addition to everything else related to the sale. New Home Buyer's Dream Realtor! TJ was absolutely outstanding. If I could give 10stars I would. As a new home buyer that had no experience in the market I had many questions, hesitations, and concerns. TJ was able to guide me step by step through each step and had me well prepared so I could grab a great deal. There were several times I was concerned if I was making the right decisions especially with the market right now being multiple offers and having to decide in a matter of days.
