We were referred to Karlie, Amy and the South Rock Team by our Realtor in Chilliwack. Moving from Ontario to be closer to family in Oregon and California, we wanted to explore properties in the Lower BC Mainland from White Rock to Chilliwack. We were blown away by the service we received from Karlie at South Rock. It was 25 years since we purchased our last home and we were filled with trepidation and maybe a bit of concern over what the next few days would hold for us. We had several long distance conversations before we arrived in BC. We had a tight schedule and wanted to see as many properties as possible in three days. With input from us, Karlie had put together a detailed spreadsheet of 17 properties for us to see during the first two days. Over two longish days, Karlie took us to see properties in White Rock/Surrey, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley and Abbotsford that matched with our criteria: Condos of at least 1,000 square feet, ideally built within the last 15 years and preferably a corner unit. We were amazed at Karlie's enthusiasm and positive attitude. As we went through the properties we benefited from her experience and her observations while at the same time staying neutral and not influencing our decision. We were happy to have our son with us -- he flew up from California where he lives and he also was very impressed with Karlie's energy and ability to line up viewings in a suitable time frame. Not an easy task since it also meant coordinating with other Realtors and property owners. Initially, I had been concerned ahead about how easy it would be to arrive at a decision within the time frame we had set for ourselves. However, by the second day we had come to a decision. It was not the property we had envisioned, but in the end, it was the right property for us. This is our second week living here and we love it. During and after the sale, Amy at South Rock Real Estate Group was frequently in contact with us reminding us at each milestone what we needed to do. Karlie then gave us a nice house warming gift made up of gourmet foods and treats and a bag of cleaning supplies. It was amazing how South Rock Real Estate Group provided just the things we needed to get started while waiting for our movers to come the following week. A few days later we received a very nice bouquet of flowers from South Rock Real Estate Group and then an invitation to join them for a private skating party at a beautifully decorated arena in Surrey. Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Hot Chocolate with all the fixings was provided along with free rentals if you needed them. Whereever you are looking in the lower BC mainland you can count on South Rock Real Estate Group to help you in the sale or purchase of your property. Truly one of the best purchase experiences we have had. For us, Karlie and the South Rock team knocked it out of the park.

This is our second home we have sold with Amy. We had such a great experience working with Amy. We went from "just casually looking" to under contract at mach speed. We put in an offer on a house that met our very specific wants, which meant listing really quickly. Amy had a buyer lined up with an offer prior to the listing even hitting the market, and then a back up offer after our first weekend of showings.
