Jen and Adam are the real deal and the most awesome realtors on the market:) They helped me sell and purchased a new place. They are always present at viewings, always available to talk, they’re knowledgeable, ridiculously efficient and schedule showings with very little notice, they guide you step by step with extreme patience and kindness. Never pushes a sale on you! Also, you are always dealing with the same person. Not playing musical chairs with a real estate team, talking with different agents everyday... I did days of research for agents. Some of them are slow at responding, some of them have a lack of passion, or some of them seem suspicious or untrustworthy. Feels like they are playing a game of chess with you and you have only played TicTacToe before. No, thanks! Then Murphy real estate was recommended to me. Jen responded right away! As soon as we chatted I knew she was the one! It felt like chatting to an old friend and she was able to answer all of questions and more! She was not pushy or aggressive, it just felt right! Moving forward, Jen got all of the photos and videos done within 3days! I work fast and I love working with efficient people, but this is impressive! They made sure they show up for every showing and arrive early, not a lock box agent! That means they are here to sell and answer questions! Unfortunately things never going my way. Our building flooded last year and raised our insurance deductibles to 1/2 million. I was not happy and so did the buyers. it was a struggle bus. But Jen and Adam pulled through for me! It was so hard to get my current strata to do anything and Jen took it upon herself and contacted the previous strata and got the information herself! I get anxious sometimes and 1 call with Jen, everything is better! She is confident and had an efficient strategy from experience. They will always try their best and hardest for me. As a client, that gives me a huge peace of mind and reassurance! I swear I lost all of my memories about buying my last place. I asked the most repetitive question there is to ask. They were always more than happy to answer them! For a lot of buyers, we are like children. So to have a patient and easy going agent means the world! I would send a huge list with 20 listings on it. Jen gets back within a few hours with all of the annotations like if it’s sold or available, when the offer date is, does it have an open house, any red flags, etc. Hats off to her since that involves calling each listing and digging! Normally within a day or two she will create a sequence of booked viewing schedules for you with the best route. It’s always a fun ride doing showings with them. Feels like going on a road trip with friends and hangout! Jen has crazy good eyes for details. And Adam is immaculate with numbers and very knowledgeable on the constructions of houses. He will help me recognize some suspicious renovations or potential problem that might arise in the future. That’s a huge plus vs not knowing why this floor feels like the surface of the moon to walk on. They also point out what’s done and added that increases the value of these places. They are there to help you to find the best place for your needs. I never felt being pressured or pushed to purchase anything. They made shopping fun in a not so fun to buy market! Jen will always talk to the listing agent to get more information and come up with the best strategy for it. Always feel like I have two secret agents working for me! So every offer we put down is with our best foot forward and no regrets! They managed to find me a new place within a few weeks! I’m super excited and looking forward to move in! So thank you Jen and Adam for all of your hard work and late nights! And the amazing friendship! And yes, I would recommend them to my family, my bird, my future self, strangers on the internet and just to anyone. It’s a no brainer!!!!!! Because they are just so good!
