Heidi is definitely a great realtor worth recommending to families and friends. She recently helped us sell our old place and buy a new one. Before meeting her, I always thought real estate agents are all same and didn’t realize the importance of having a good one. This whole process, selling a place and buying another one, is way more complicated, stressful, and energy/time/patience-consuming than I expected. And I’m very grateful that we have Heidi helped us. We have seen lots of listings together. At late phase, even myself ran out of patience and wanted to close a deal in haste, while Heidi always thought and asked more than we did, diligently checked all documents to identify potential risks, and she was the one who raised red flag for us. She worked hard and I can tell she did tons of homework to assist us in making reasonable offers. She is very nice and has very good communication skills – I feel not only clients but other realtors (either buy side or sell side) love talking and working with her, which is super important in such crazy market.
