Julia did a great job for me on a listing that was very complicated and frustrating to handle. I eventually cancelled the listing because I was too worried about some of the details around the offering and Julia was very understanding and did not pressure me to continue with the sale. She spent lots of time working with me to best understand how I wanted to handle the sale.

Julia searched for properties on our behalf, refined the search based on our preferences, visited the unit with us, recommended and worked with the different parties involved (i.e. mortgage, home inspection home insurance, public notary), helped us negotiate the purchase of furniture, read and summarized the several strata memos for us, and held quite a few phone calls throughout the process to walk us through the details and answer any questions.
