I met Jeff while he was still working in mining and after he moved into real estate, I had no doubt that he will be the go-to person, if I decide to buy a place. So when the time came I reached out to Jeff for advice and help. Working with him was a great experience, he made sure every step of the process is clear to us and he kept things simple and stress-free for me. His approach is very personal and he tried to find the options that are best for us so it took us only a month or so to find the right condo. He was always available and responsive. His advice on the price and how the market is changing was also extremely valuable and helped is in getting the place for the best possible price (under ask!). I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on the sale of my downtown condo and purchase of my new detached home in Squamish. Jeff had an incredible eye for preparing my condo for sale and absolutely exceeded my expectations when it came to foot traffic through open houses and ultimately the sale price. Being in sales myself, I can very much appreciate the negotiating skills used in the transaction. I feared looking for a new home in this red hot real estate market but Jeff was able to provide me with in depth facts on the present and future of specific areas, which made the process a lot easier.
