Tracey Ellis

Tracey Ellis was first involved in the real estate industry in 1998. In 2000 she took a leave to raise her son through to graduation at Vancouver College Academy. Returning to real estate in 2012 she is currently withColdwell Banker Executives Realtyand serves the South Surrey/White Rock/Fraser Valley and Coquitlam areas in residential real estate sales. Prior to real estate Tracey was a business owner and franchise developer in the White Rock/South Surrey and Langley area for over 28 years.

Her loyal clientele and business relationships earned her a Best New Business Award in 2014 for the South Surrey / White Rock area. It is those same established relationships that continue to build on her successes in the real estate world and specifically the South Surrey/White Rock area but is not limited as she is well versed in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver area. Tracey’s strong negotiating skills and success in sales earned her a top 10 producer award at her previous brokerage Hugh & McKinnon in 2017.
