Caleb is the best! Now that we've found him we'll never use anyone else. Genuine, patient, and knowledgeable, he helped us sell our condo in a tight market. And then was super understanding and gracious with our changing wants/needs as he helped us find our current place, which we absolutely love. We were unable to find the house we wanted for several years, but he was patient and did not push us to purchase something we would not be happy with. Caleb was incredible. We first sold our condo with him and were successful in getting the higher price that we wanted.
