I was born in Victoria and raised on the Saanich Peninsula. As a lifelong Victoria resident and an active member of Vancouver Island’s business community for many years, I understand and value the importance of maintaining long-lasting and trustworthy business relationships. I specialize in real estate sales and marketing, contract negotiation, and land development. My first-hand experience with residential construction, site preparation, hazardous material abatement, and demolition projects is an asset to my clients.

Having held senior management positions with several leading local businesses, I am well respected in the business community and have a diverse network of professional connections. Managing multi-million dollar building projects enabled me to refine my knowledge of design and construction, develop an appreciation for architecture, and a discerning eye for detail.

The discipline and dedication I bring to my profession is also evident in my personal life. I hold a black belt in Shotokan Karate and share my passion for martial arts as a children’s karate instructor at Canada’s Best Karate. When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my family and friends – usually outdoors – fishing, hiking, running or boating. I am proud to call the Saanich Peninsula my home.
