April Spackman*

April Spackman is a Victoria native who graduated from Claremont School in 1996, Camosun College with an associates of arts degree in 1999, and a bachelors degree from the University of Victoria in 2002 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. April then began a job as a business consultant where she was part of a team responsible for changing the business of BC’s medical system.
In 2006, April left her job to have two children and start a construction company that would allow her more time to spend with her young kids. During this time in the construction industry she soon realized how much money could be saved with importing building products from around the world and she diversified her company to begin importing a variety of home and construction materials for a fraction of the cost. This savings here allowed April to build homes for less money than competitors. April watched the selling process of her properties carefully and began seeing ways she could stand out and be unique to allow for a greater Realtor client relationship.
This combined with her education in the behaviours of people, construction experience, business skills and her knowledge of the Victoria area she quickly realized she would make an excellent Real Estate Agent. April's passion with real estate grew quickly as she realized how much she loved negotiating the best deals for her clients. Going the extra mile every time with clients, she has found happiness in creating relationships that will last a lifetime.
April lives in Bear Mountain and has a love for fitness, sports and boating. Always actively involved to maintain a large social circle, she spends most of her free time in her community with her friends, large family and children.
