Our family started working with Deanna in 2004 with the purchase of my first home, a condo on the Gorge. Since then Deanna has guided us through the purchase of two homes and this week the sale of the condo. When we purchased our ‘forever home’ in 2014 it look a year of looking, with houses going to bidding wars, when we were working with a budget. Deanna was not only kind and patient, but she did her homework. We found our dream house but it was being sold by a group of trustees. The original real estate write up stated a date that they would be reviewing offers. Thanks to Deanna’s attentiveness she followed up with the selling agent and found out there was a misprint and the trustees were meeting a day earlier. That being said, our under-asking offer was the only one in on time and was accepted. I highly recommend Deanna to both new and experienced home buyers and sellers. You will be in great hands!

I bought my house with the help of Blair and his team, and I sold it with the same team, but to see an offer of the first weekend of the sale was amazing! I was then living in an area where it takes around 9 months to a year to sell a house, Blair had me an offer I accepted immediately, within a few thousand dollars from my asking price. The professionalism of his entire team was immediately at play, receiving calls after calls to warn me of another potential home buyer wanting to visit. I must have had 10 visit on the first weekend, and a young couple bought the house from me! I'm now in a position to retire and follow up my plan to move to another location!
