Our family started working with Deanna in 2004 with the purchase of my first home, a condo on the Gorge. Since then Deanna has guided us through the purchase of two homes and this week the sale of the condo. Deanna really takes her time to get to know her clients and works diligently to find the right home for them. When we purchased our ‘forever home’ in 2014 it look a year of looking, with houses going to bidding wars, when we were working with a budget. Deanna was not only kind and patient, but she did her homework. We found our dream house but it was being sold by a group of trustees. The original real estate write up stated a date that they would be reviewing offers. Thanks to Deanna’s attentiveness she followed up with the selling agent and found out there was a misprint and the trustees were meeting a day earlier. That being said, our under-asking offer was the only one in on time and was accepted. I highly recommend Deanna to both new and experienced home buyers and sellers. You will be in great hands!

Blair and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. I should first mention that my husband and I had been looking for 'the right property' for over 6 years all the time Blair, Katrina and Dustin were the embodiment of patience. Blair and his team got to know us, our priorities and our objectives. When the right property finally did come along their team treated us like we were their only client. It was like they'd been in the starting blocks for 6 years and blasted out of the gate ready to get us anything we needed. Property lawyers all on vacation because it's the middle of summer - no problem - Blair connected us with his lawyer the same day. We needed to ensure there was no oil tank on the property and QUICKLY because they were taking offers at 2 pm the next day. Blair took time out of his family vacation to get us set up for the following morning. We also needed an archaeological assessment ASAP, well it just so happened Blair had an email address and phone number for us. Blair coached us through everything leading up to an accepted offer the next day.
