Janette Fricker

A lifelong Vancouverite, Janette Fricker is an energetic, unapologetic champion of the city’s diversity, history and community spirit. Her family calls Riley Park home but she can be found running the False Creek Seawall, biking the waterfront in Steveston or paddling in Deep Cove on any given Sunday. She’s passionate about celebrating the natural beauty of the region and showcasing the shared interests of citizens who make a life here.

Janette’s experience reflects a varied client base: first-time buyers stepping into the condo market, retirees transitioning to spacious townhouses and families expanding square footage with larger detached dream homes. Before joining the team at The Rennie Group, Janette was a Sales Associate with Faith Wilson Group Realty and Vice President/Managing Director at Blitz Promotion, a division of Cossette Communications. Her passion for community and connectivity embolden her drive to secure clients the respective homes that best suit both needs and values.
In her treasured downtime, Janette cheers on her son at rugby matches and baseball games across the province, travels to pristine locales like BC’s Broken Islands and tries to keep up with the daunting pace of two book clubs. She is a proud supporter of the Vancouver Foundation, which strives to build healthy, vibrant and livable communities across the province, an active board member of the Rennie Advisors' Board and sits on the board of Solo Collective Theatre. She is currently planning more life-learning adventures like her family’s recent year-long journey around the globe.
