I don’t even know where to start, Corbin was amazing from start to finish on my hunt to purchase my first home ! Mid 20’s and never having done this process before i had no clue what i was Doing or what questions to ask or things to look for and let me tell you Corbin made me feel so comfortable with the whole process , it honestly felt like two buddies just checking out places ! The best part is there was absolutely was no pressure push to get into something !! I’ve heard from friends buying a place is like buying a used care and we all know how that goes but this was just not the case . He only was happy if i was happy and after a few failed offers ( my learning curve lol ) and A few regroupings over some nachos we found and locked down my dream place and i have been here ever since If and when the time comes to leave this place and find my next one there is only one man for the job and that’s Corbin ! I would definitely recommend Corbin (in fact I have already to several friends/family members) as a Real Estate Agent. Corbin is great to work with and will take time to listen to what is important to you in finding your new home and does not pressure you to “buy now” or “sell now”. Earlier this year I had to deal with the unfortunate loss of my mom. Corbin helped me basically climb a mountain top I didn't know I was able to do and if I was unable to climb it he did it for me. He seemed to take every worry and stress I had in this unfortunately sad process away and almost as his own (even made me laugh at times) He was there to answer every question, thought or problem I thought I may have and if he didn’t know the answer right away, quickly help me to find it. A true professional! I discovered Corbin a few years ago when we were considering to sell our town-home to purchase a detached home. We set up an appointment and were so impressed, he came prepared with comp's and a game plan. First I’d like to say that Corbin has been a long time friend and was a co-worker of mine for years. He has was great at his previous job and amazing with people. Corbin not only sold our place but shattered the record for a 2 bedroom townhouse complex in Clayton. (That record has yet to be broken). The timing of the sale and purchase of new house could not have worked out better.
