After having such a bad experience last summer from another realtor on the island, we were looking for someone to help us buy our home who we could completely trust and who we would know had our best interests at heart. When I sold my first place with Corbin & Co what set him apart from many realtors was his knowledge with the current market trends, he dose extensive area research before Listing my unit, which made me feel confident he was able to get top dollar for my place. After the first meeting he had my place listed cleaned and staged with in the first week, not to mention how blown I was with the quality of the staging also marketing he put into my place. At one time I wasn’t able to get to my place to give it a quick clean before a showing and his team didn’t even bat an eye they offered to come over real quick and tidy up my place which lead to a high dollar sale.
