We met Caileigh through an open house that she was hosting. After a discussion with her about the place that she was selling, we immediately felt that we had formed a bond with her and that she would be someone we would trust to find us a wonderful home. Over the course of a few stressful months in the aggressive Vancouver market, Caileigh helped us stay informed and very calm as we had several failed offers. In a market where offers with subjects would often not even be considered, Caileigh would help us make informed decisions, clearly putting our interests before hers. She attended open houses with us regularly, suggesting extra costs the property would need and recommending repairs.
