I had been casually looking for a home for over a year, not really sure where I wanted to live, and changing my mind a lot throughout the process. Caileigh was so patient with me, and always kept me top of mind through that time. In the end she found a place I would have never thought to consider if it wasn't for her. She really takes the time to get to know her clients, and somehow knew better than I did what home would be right for me! When I was finally ready to make an offer, Caileigh wasted no time and negotiated an amazing deal for me. An Amazing Realtor to find! We had searched for a realtor for months and couldn't find one that was remotely interested in assisting us in our home search. My friend recommended Caileigh to us (as a previous client) and immediately after connecting, Caileigh arranged to meet us for coffee, listen to our needs and carefully explain the full buying process. Caileigh was an excellent find for us. She drove out to meet us in Kits and listened to our (many) requests. She helped us find our very first home quickly despite having to work around all our pets & the frequent restrictions that comes with. She was super knowledgeable and easy to chat with.
