Joseph was referred to me by my best friend as they had used his services to purchase their first home. When I started my home search it was right before everything went into lockdown, but I had to continue as I didn’t want to risk losing out on a specific unit. After one phone conversation with Joseph I felt that he was someone I could rely on. All of our communication was via phone or email and as someone who prefers in person communication, I did not feel like I was missing it. We met on the day I went to submit my deposit. A family member had introduced me to Joseph a few years ago when my fiance and I were looking for our first home together. As things would have it, as they often are, as first time home buyers we were more than a little lost, had a lot of requirements for our dream home and was constrained by available funds.
