Joseph Chang helped our family purchase our first townhome 7 years ago and recently our second home in the Tricities. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the real estate market in general. At our first meeting he came prepare with prior research of our neighbourhood and presented us with comparables. When searching for homes he understood well our family needs and was both patient and responsive with our numerous questions. During home viewing he was insightful, made observations, and asked useful questions about the home that we had not noticed. When it came to negotiation and reviewing contracts, Joseph navigated the procedure skillfully and quickly secured a good price. He adjusted the details of the contract in our favour so moving in would be a smooth process. It was because of this foresight that we did not have to rent another place for several months while waiting for our move in date. Once we had secured our home, Joseph provided recommendations of trusted contractors everything we needed really - from notaries to moving companies, cleaning services, painters, flooring, handyman etc. I didn’t have to do the research myself and not surprisingly, they all provided excellent service. At the end of the day, moving is a high stress experience and Joseph provided exceptional service for our family from beginning to end. I would recommend and have recommended him to my closest friends and family. Despite his expertise and growing success he has remained humble and sincere, truly difficult to come by these days.
