Joseph was a great realtor to work with. For my wife and I he was easygoing to work with, didn't rush us into signing paperwork and buying something not ideal that would break our budget, and gave great advice to help narrow down finding our dream home, even giving insight on if it would be ideal to sell in the future. Joseph also went above and beyond presenting us as ideal buyers to sellers during hot bids, and once we found our new home he even took the time to follow up with us to make sure everything was in order settling in. I would highly recommend choosing Joseph as your realtor, and would definitely go with him again in the future, keep up the great work!

Shortly after making the decision with my wife to sell our first home and purchase a new one -- in came the anxiety. Who can we trust? Who truly has our best interest in mind? Where do we start? Fortunately for us, we found Joseph, and it felt as if a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders instantaneously. He guided us through every step of the process and even helped set us up with those in his network who could help us with preparing our home for sale (cleaners, contractors, lawyers). Joseph was our rock throughout this and never did my wife or I feel any pressure during the selling and purchasing phases. Absolutely incredible service! I would give 6+ stars if I could. Joseph was with us every step of the way for the sale and purchase of our homes. He helped us deftly navigate the tumultuous waters of the real estate market with ease. He is a very humble guy, always put my wife and I first throughout everything, and was transparent about every aspect of the process. I think what I liked the most was how quickly and frequently he communicated with us. Excellent Realtor. Joseph has helped me sell 2 places and buy 1. He detail oriented and will give me all the time I need ,never makes me feel that my smaller properties are less important. Works for the client does not automatic accept first offer. He is always available to show the condo or before covid doing open houses when requested. Joseph helped us buy our first home. He made the process as smoothe and as enjoyable as possible given the crazy market. He is very organized, and honest. We felt that he genuinely wanted us to find a good home, and he didn't pressure us into a purchase that we didn't want. He took the time to learn what was important to us, and planned open houses that met our criteria. He also had valuable insight into the worth and features of the homes that we didn't always catch. And then for the negotiation process, he worked hard and gave us good advice on closing the deal. And then even after the deal was closed, he went above and beyond to ensure the home was clean and ready for us. Joseph helped us purchasing a condo as a First Home Buyer last December. As it was our first time to jump into the housing market, we didn't have much information and didn't know where to start. I got two recommendations about Joseph from people I know, and was curious about him as those people don't know each other but have same great experience. It was very lucky for us to have him as our first real estate agent. Joseph provided us a big picture & every detail we need to be aware of throughout each stage, and provided useful sources to search up the appropriate listing which met our standard. During house hunting, he was always there online/offline to answer our questions right away 24/7, and at the same time put our judgement and preference as a top priority. He never pushes you but listens to our concerns and opinions, and then offers more aspects to consider that we can easily overlook. Also he conducted his investigation & communication with other realtors well and did his best to get the best deal as much as possible. He also helped us through all documentation stage and moving, and took care of final check before moving. We trusted him more as his work ethic was something we were looking for from agents - diligence, punctuality, patience and honesty. We were never uncomfortable with him but just went through all process very joyfully, being able to finish whole procedure in two months. We would definitely work with him when the time comes for us to purchase second house and very confident in recommending him to our family and friends.
