For my wife and I he was easygoing to work with, didn't rush us into signing paperwork and buying something not ideal that would break our budget, and gave great advice to help narrow down finding our dream home, even giving insight on if it would be ideal to sell in the future. Joseph also went above and beyond presenting us as ideal buyers to sellers during hot bids, and once we found our new home he even took the time to follow up with us to make sure everything was in order settling in. I would highly recommend choosing Joseph as your realtor, and would definitely go with him again in the future, keep up the great work!

Shortly after making the decision with my wife to sell our first home and purchase a new one -- in came the anxiety. Who can we trust? Who truly has our best interest in mind? Where do we start? Fortunately for us, we found Joseph, and it felt as if a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders instantaneously. He helped us deftly navigate the tumultuous waters of the real estate market with ease. He is a very humble guy, always put my wife and I first throughout everything, and was transparent about every aspect of the process. I think what I liked the most was how quickly and frequently he communicated with us. Excellent Realtor. Joseph has helped me sell 2 places and buy 1. He detail oriented and will give me all the time I need ,never makes me feel that my smaller properties are less important. Works for the client does not automatic accept first offer. He is always available to show the condo or before covid doing open houses when requested.
