Ty started working for Valley Pacific Realty in 2003 in North Surrey. After moving to Langley in 2019 he made the switch over to Royal Lepage Wolstencroft and Started the TY CORSIE GROUP. In 2020, 2021 & 2022 Ty achieved the National Chairmans award for being the Top 1% of Realtors in Canada with Royal Lepage.

Ever since day one he has exhibited a passion for the business, concentrating on strong marketing for his clients. Ty is known as one of the top social media marketing agents with a large following giving him a strong online presence providing the team’s clients with a extra powerful resource to market a property on a large scale.

Growing up, Ty watched his father Dan help people buy and sell homes, and also saw the love Dan had for this business. He knew early on that these were the footsteps he would eventually follow.

Ty has achieved the Medallion Award Status for top sales achievements in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board the past 14 years in a row, many of which he placed in the top 1% of agents . His passion for the business is evident in each and every transaction which now includes over 1000+ sales in his career.
