He came to walk through the house with us, explained his process, showed us the comparables, and gave us a realistic price based on the actual market—not just what we wanted to hear. His fees are slightly higher than others, but he earns every penny. He invests heavily in marketing, and our home was being promoted well before it ever hit MLS.
