I have a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Marketing from Simon Fraser University. While at SFU I played 5 years on the Varsity football team as a Defensive end and Defensive line captain. At SFU I learn valuable skills that have propelled my career forward. I have an amazing Wife named Laura who played varsity basket-ball at SFU. We recently just moved to South Surrey to embark on the next chapter of our lives. I am passionate about this city and find that I am very positive and enthusiastic about where I live and work. This review is long overdue. Being in the real estate marketing industry I am very tough to please. We had 2 properties to sell in South Surrey and we live in Vancouver - Jeremy and his team did everything right. They did their listing presentation in our home, the listened to us and understood our needs and got the listing. They picked up the keys, did photographs, worked with our tenants and made the whole process so easy for all involved. When the carpet had to be repaired they got their guy to give us a quote and based on the quote made recommendations on how to handle it. They ensured one of our tenants was able to stay on as a tenant and that was a real comfort. All documents were signed on line and explained to us over the phone. And we got all that we wanted in terms of price and service. And it gets better. We referred a friend to them and we got a call right away thanking us for the referral. A year or so later she bought and we received a call thanking us and letting us know that we would receive a 2 nights stay at a resort for the referral. We used it to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Each year they personally deliver a Christmas ornament and invite us to an appreciation event. Today we got a call that despite not being able to attend the event we won a prize. I appreciate that they take the time to reconnect with their clients and it helps us to keep them top of mind when looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks to your whole team for the professionalism and personal touch.
