We were referred to Ms. Tehranchi by another realtor whom we trust. We found that working with Gita was easy, smooth, and comforting. She was responsive and went beyond what we would have expected other realtors to do. For example, while doing due diligence on our desired home, she visited each neighbor to make sure that the home that we had put an offer on was one in which we would fit in. She also would visit city hall to understand any type of plans, developments, for the property and surrounding areas of the home that we were looking at. When it came to negotiating the price, she was able to help us get what we thought was a great price - actually getting a reduced price from what we had initially expected. It was comforting to us to know that she did not want us to extend our budget. We would welcome an opportunity to work with her again and would refer her to our friends and family.

I’ve worked with different realtors before and once I got to work with Gita, I saw a different quality of service that made me trust that she truly wants to help me find “my” home. A few things that stand out the most about Gita are: She is always a phone call away from making arrangements and is very quick to make time sensitive decisions and drafts. She truly cares about how her clients feel and never enforces her personal opinions upon them. Gita is also very knowledgeable in terms of pointing out what criterias we need to pay attention to when it comes to each property (building and unit quality, things to look out for in the location or the management of the building, etc) which gives me the freedom to not worry about any surprises after the purchase. I would not recommend Ms.Tehranchi to anyone. She is not a realtor you would want to buy or sell your home with. She is not professional, not knowledgeable, puts you through enormous amount of circles going around for no good reason. We had a horrible experience with her. I don't know where to begin. You would think , a realtor wants to get the best for the client, to be his/her advocate, as well as a nice commission. Well, just to let you all know and save you all the headaches and nervous breakdowns we got with Ms.Tehranchi, until the last minute that we even signed up all the documents for our condo, she still was showing us the worse condos and units around some corners. This not to mention, we found our condo, we went through all the negotiation with the seller's realtor, we went through all sorts of back and forth calls and emails with the seller's realtor while Ms. Tehranchi just got the hefty commission at the end for no work done on her side. I still to this day, do not know what was her problem with us. Every time, we think about this experience with Ms. Tehranchi, it boils our blood. She even on the last day that the seller's realtor handed the keys , she showed up with her husband whom I'm not even sure if it was legal or ethical for him to be there, any ways, she just throw at us the broken chain of keys in a zip lock, and refused to help us or to accompany us to go to the unit. We had to go in circles while Ms. Tehranchi and her husband sitting downstairs, waiting for us to figure out the parking lot, the keys, the exit door, etc. Yes, Ms. Tehranchi is a living nightmare as a realtor. We have had so many incidents that we don't even know where to begin. Just stay away from a uneducated, unreliable realtor such as Ms. Tehranchi!!!!!!

If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, has your best interests at heart and the integrity to work in an ethical yet prompt efficient manner then Gita is your choice! She is one of the best in the business in my opinion and I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A REALTOR EVER. Very rude and unfriendly. Terrible realtor to deal with. Today I was a few minutes behind my family who was inside. Upon entering the house I was quickly told to stay at the entrance and wait for my family in a stern unwelcoming way. Once I my family came to the main floor they asked a few questions, and she dismissed them with one worded answer. There was one other family who seemed to be of Middle Eastern Ethnicity. They were treated much more better.(we are filipino)
