Ken Chong*

Born and raised in Vancouver and licensed for 42 years (since April of 1980). Ken earned his diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia - Appraisal Option in 1984, was a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (R.I.B.C.), a member of the prestigous Real Estate Board's Medallion Club and Macdonald Realty's Sales Achievement Club and Macdonald Realty's Award of Excellence.

With years of industry experience, he understands the changing demographics, the constant changes in most of the city's different zoning guidelines in our ever evolving city, and how it can understood to be beneficial to the home owner, the developers and architects to work together to achieve any latent benefit that maybe missed.
