Ben helped us make an offer on a place we had seen and liked at an open house when we didn’t have an agent. We initially talked with 3 different “top rated” agents. Ben was our favourite for three main reasons: 1. He’s very knowledgeable on buyers concerns. But also: 2. He listened carefully to our questions, concerns and requirements and explained everything to us very well. (I had another experienced agent continuously interrupting me halfway through my question and it was not a good feeling. Never had any issues with Ben) 3. He immediately send us some recommendations to look at and was very responsive and on top of everything! We’re happy we chose Ben. Communication has been 10/10. We’re still waiting for the completion date but so far everything has been great! Would happily recommend him.
