Growing up in a large Italian family with deep roots in East Vancouver walks for coffee on Commercial Drive while overlooking the Mountains became a favourite pastime. My husband and I met Ben during one of our first few visits of open houses. We met a quite a few realtors during our numerous amount of open houses. We were early into the idea of purchasing our first home and we already planned on a huge family vacation (Feburary) , therefore we had the time to shop around and attend as many open houses as possible, before and after our vacation. I think we atarted this adventure in November. After running out of selections we decided, after our vacation, that we were ready to commit ourselves to a realtor. Knowing this during our open house ventures, we always came back to the idea that BEN was ideally for us. So, we pulled out his business card that he gave us, 2-3 months prior, and gave him a call. He remembered us!!! Ben was super patient with us, understood our wants and desires, and after a few more open houses, he closed our first offer for our first bidding (mid March). It was almost too easy. Lol We highly recommend Ben D'Ovidio as your realtor. Even recommended him to our neighbor upstairs, from our old place, and he was able to find him a condo in no time at all!!
