Juliana Vallée is an entrepreneur, REALTOR®, business coach, and community leader with over 35 years of experience building businesses, creating meaningful connections, and helping people achieve their goals.

Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2010, Juliana has built her real estate career on trust, strategy, service, and results. Early in her career, she was recognized asRookie of the Year in 2011 by Greater Vancouver REALTORS®and ranked in theTop 1% of REALTORS® from 2011–2018. She continued to be recognized among theTop 10% of REALTORS® from 2019–2021 and again from 2024–2025.

Known for her strong negotiation skills, marketing expertise, social media knowledge, and relationship-focused approach, Juliana is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions. She combines professionalism, care, and a results-driven mindset to deliver an elevated client experience.

Juliana’s career has also been shaped by leadership and entrepreneurship. In 2013, she launched and owned a Keller Williams franchise in Burnaby, which grew to over 100 agents under her leadership. She has also coached entrepreneurs across the nation.

Her commitment to community has been recognized through several honours, including theREALTORS® Care® Award 2023 from Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, theREALTORS® Care® Spotlight 2024 by the Canadian Real Estate Association, and theRE/MAX Canada Community Care Award 2025.

Juliana currently serves asVice Chair for Camp Choice BCand is theFounder and Director of Vancity Girls Club, two organizations dedicated to youth empowerment, leadership, and personal growth.

After being diagnosed with a brain tumour in early 2018, Juliana made the courageous decision to shift her focus toward leadership, growth, community impact, and helping others succeed in business and life. Now living with a brain tumour, she proudly donates a generous portion from each real estate sale to theBrain Tumour Foundation of Canada.

Whether she is supporting clients, mentoring entrepreneurs, giving back to the community, or creating opportunities for others, Juliana leads with purpose, integrity, and heart.
