This is the sellers' realtor I dealt with. His clients took things from the property and left garbage and when our realtor contacted him he refused to deal with it. We hired a junk removal service and paid for it out of our pocket. He was not even there on the possession date. During the home inspection which was the first time I met him, he was quite rude and wanted to know why I, the buyer, wanted to be there for it. I found him very unfriendly and rude all throughout my dealings with him.
