I'd give more stars if I could. Kris is the 'Sliced Bread' of the real estate world, especially for first time buyers. He answered every question we threw at him; fully explained why XYZ would be a good or bad idea for my spouse and I; and was completely on point when it came to closing and making sure we had everything set up in a way we were happy with, and, more importantly, in a way that we understood the whole process. He was the exact right blend of professional and personable throughout. I know that if/when we are ready to make our next home purchase that we will be working with Kris again.

We were recommended Kris when we started to get serious about purchasing a home and can honestly say, one of the best decisions we made during the process. We are very lucky to have worked with Kris Kereluk who is a thorough, detail oriented, available, hardworking, cautious, planner, strategic, hands on and top-notch agent. He compiled and presented a realistic and evidence based information for the sale of our house, brought photographer who presented excellent product to showcase our home, utilized known marketing tools to expose our home, generated incredible amount of foot traffic on the first open house, received multiple ...valid offers at the end of the open house that resulted an accepted offer. Kris was cleaning area and adjusting items throughout the open house. The accepted offer came from an unsure-buyer and Kris wasted no time and secured another accepted offer which happened to be much higher than the first. He included clauses that gave us the flexibility, security and time in our search for our subsequent new home. We were also fortunate to have Kris represent us in our subsequent purchase. We were purchasing a new home that was at the tail-end of construction and we could not be so blessed that Kris included clauses that assured us the home gets completed on time and as per the master plan and or with better materials. Even when the selling and the seller started to get a bit challenging at times, Kris’s was so thorough that all his planned clauses included in the agreement became instrumental in getting us the home in its value and on time. Kris has Lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers and other professionals in his speed dial and utilizes them as needed. He has been available to us anytime, answered any questions, he sold our house in a swift of time, helped us tremendously in getting our new home; all done with greatest honesty, efficiency, dedication and professionalism.
