I have seen other reviews where Patricia has commented that the person posting didn’t use her as a realtor… well I did and I would not use her ever again or recommend her to anyone . Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make and you need someone you can trust who will be there to support things through the process… and get the best price .. I did not get that from using Patricia as my realtor …. And to add to it we had some issues after purchasing the house and she was pretty much absent and sent a quick fyi email … not helpful at all . I regret using her as my realtor , and honestly there are so many other great choices of realtors out there

Patricia really helped us out! Her advice and expertise helped us close on a great deal on a house in Vancouver. Without Patricia helping us, we wouldn't have got the house because she very cleverly knew how to negotiate with the other realtor and owner. Mrs. Houlihan, the purpose of Google reviews is to provide the opportunity to anyone, to express their sincere and honest opinion about a professional service or product. Even if we did not contract directly, we had to cooperate with each other and it is my absolute right to communicate here how we have experienced “working with you”. I have initially chosen to leave a “grade” without any comment, which I believe did not have that much of credibility. But because you kept sending me threats to sue me, and to contact my industry if I did not withdraw my review, and because you now leave this reply, I feel the right to repeat here my explanations: - Although we have fully cooperated and gave access to the house to everyone you asked for, you have refused to accommodate the schedule the only time we really needed for our jobs. - I had also informed you about the incoherent and threatening attitude our landlord had several times, sometimes acting violently. You knew she was facing extreme personal and financial difficulties. Still, when I expressed my concern about leaving the house during the open house, you refused me to stay inside, saying this was not legal. I actually had the right to stay, even during Covid. Still, we cooperated here again and in spite of the logistic constraints this implied with social distance, 3 kids and the disability of my wife. - We we asked you to make sure that the landlord would not access the house in our absence given the context, you did not respect our request. Reviews are our fundamental right and threatening us, just to secure your deal was insane. Karl Coyault

Patricia is, by far, the BEST Realtor in Vancouver. Not because she's an amazing negotiator who gets the deal done (which she is), but because she actually wants you to find the home that's right for you; not the house that gets her the deal & commission. She worked with me for nearly 2 years. She started with a questionaire that asked what I was looking for, and she remembered every detail throughout our 24 months journey. We toured dozens of homes - each time reminding me what was important to me and helping me frame my consideration to ensure I would be happy not only purchasing it, but paying for it, and living in it, long term. That meant there were many we did not put offers in on (though she could have easily encouraged me to). They weren't right for me and my family, and her top priority was to ensure I made the right decision for me - not the decision that got her paid. Patricia without question should be your number one choice for a realtor. We had tried selling our home before and had a horrible experience with the realtor and ended up taking our home off the market. Patricia was able to get a price significantly over market even though market was beginning to decline. Patricia is calm and really helped us with our stress. She is strategic and a strong negotiator. She has a lot of fire in her belly and exceptional work ethic. She is responsive to emails and texts. She understands the value of your home and how hard you worked for that equity. She treats your money like it is her own and has exceptional integrity about doing a good job for you!! As a perennial top realtor in Vancouver she provides a well thought out plan and pricing, backed by the best research and knowledge of the market. There are many realtors but I find that she is a clear leader in all aspects of the real estate sector, including understanding her clients needs, marketing, pricing, research, legal issues (she's also an excellent lawyer) and, salesmanship.
