We met Aaron at an open house where he was representing the seller. We immediately warmed to him as he was kind and genuine - more interested in helping us find our dream home than selling us something on his roster. He worked with us tirelessly for months taking us out to open houses in the rain and cold, helping us determine exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to compromise on. Aaron is a wealth of knowledge about the industry and helped guide us as first time buyers. Once we found a home, he talked us through every step of the process and was always on hand to give advice and reassurance as we worked through the steps. He also has great connections and we ended up using his recommendations for our home inspection, notary, and mortgage broker, even after shopping around. I've already referred Aaron to friends looking to purchase and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially first time buyers/sellers.

Aaron is such an amazing realtor anybody could ever get. We were first time home buyers and new to BC. Aaron made sure that we are aware of the rules, regulations and benefits provided by the government and made the process of buying super easy for us. He tried to find the houses closest to our expectation and within the price range we mentioned. He always stayed connect and replied in timely manner whenever we had any questions from the seller and concerns about the house. I would give hive him 10 stars if I could. We for sure will be contacting him for future sale /purchase of house/ business.

Aaron is an exceptional realtor, we were first time buyers new to everything and we went through several before zeroing in on him, he was both professional and caring through the entire process, he pointed out and made us aware of so many things without us even asking, an area where most realtors were deficient. He was never forceful in the way most guys try to influence your judgement in their favour, We felt guided and secure during the whole process all thanks to this great person!!
