As a first time home buyer, I can say that I knew little to nothing about the process of buying a home. So I picked up a real estate newspaper and called the first realtor that caught my eye and oh man thank god i did. Juhan helped me choose the right place that fits my needs and also has good investment value. He negotiated with the previous owner to lower the price significantly (this guy must be good at gambling). He connected me to a mortgage broker from TD that gave me a really good rate and also frequently followed up with him to make sure things go smoothly. He also connected me with an insurance broker and a lawyer for signing. Honestly, it was scary because this was the biggest decision I had made in my life, but having a competent realtor that actually cares helped a lot. This guy knows what he's doing. If you want to buy a home and want it to be a smooth process, this is the man. I would legit recommend him to my friends if i had any friends in vancouver. peace

What a scammer. All they care about is only the commission. I’ve listened to them and lost substantial amount of money for buying fraud house. Never seen agents this irresponsible and immoral. Hope there is no more to be victimized like me.

I strongly recommend Mr. Juhan Lee to anybody who is looking into purchasing a home in the lower mainland. I am a returning client. I found my first condo in Yaletown 5 years ago through Mr. Lee, and it was truly a hidden gem that I could not even dare to consider had it been without his help. This time I've worked with him over the past 4 months to finally find a new house. Throughout the process, he worked so hard and diligently and ethically to the point where he would dissuade me from pursuing listings when he believed that they were not worthy. Seriously, there were a couple of times that he could have easily made his commission and moved on. Instead, he persevered to make sure that I find the best home and he was very professional and tactic throughout the negotiation process with the seller's agent.
