Carmel is the ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR I HAVE HAD !! I would recommend her to everybody! She was ruthless when she told us that we had to remove or hide some of our furniture in the condo and gave us exact instructions on what to do to have it sell at maximum dollar. Boy, our efforts were worth it! She completely turned our condo around, brought in pictures, tables, rugs, throw cushions, plants, and arranged everything so well! We were absolutely amazed at the turnaround of our home and how beautifully homey and welcoming she made it look!
