Doug was hired to help my brother and I sell our late mother’s condo. Seven days after listing my home, which time frame included the inspection, and financing subjects being removed, my house was sold. Doug established the dates I wanted for closing and a moving out day. The house had been priced properly. I had two great offers, with numerous back up showings lined up for the following weekend. To sell my home with so little stress, at a great price, in a questionable( to me) market was fantastic. With a profession, and caring manner, Doug managed and handled the listing and sale of my home. I would highly recommend Doug as someone who knows the swings in the market and how to navigate them. It is a big deal to sell your home. It is important to have the right agent. I simply could not have asked for a better experience with my decision to choose Doug as my agent.

If you're looking for a realtor you can trust, someone that will not be pushy but will let you do your own thing at your own pace with no pressure, then Doug is your guy! While he's happy to offer insight when requested, he really makes this process about you and what you're looking for. It is very apparent that his goal is for you to be happy with your new home, rather than to get another deal done. We took about 13 months(!!) before we found the right place for us, and Doug was there all along, with nothing but patience and understanding for our needs.
