In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends! He has two French bulldogs, Bentley and Frenchie who are always at his side as well. His greatest passion besides Real Estate is sports. On his days off, you can find him on the golf course, in the hockey arena, on the ball diamond, or anywhere that allows for his competitive side to come out.

My wife and I had put our Langley apartment up for sale around July 2018. We ended up moving to Calgary in August 2018 without having sold our apartment. Time and time again, our realtor told us it was a difficult market, and did nothing to try to suggest changes or be proactive on our behalf. We considered switching realtors, as we were incredibly frustrated when Christmas came and our place had not sold. On January 23, we made the switch to Robles Real Estate Group. A couple hours later Dave had comparables for us. They were personable and professional from start to finish. He took the initiative from the start, and we were impressed! A very significant change was the staging that they provide, and they did a great job with it. There are so many positive things I want to say about them, but I will get to the point. We had 2 offers in the first couple days, but they were too low. We got an offer the next week, and Dave was still confident we could get a better one. However, having already been in limbo so long, we were happy to take it, and he supported us in that. Timeline: Switched realtors: January 23, 2019 Official offer: February 2, 2019 Sale Finalized: February 28, 2019 Not only that, they gave us a congratulatory gift, and since then have even sent us birthday cards and Christmas cards. We will always be grateful to Dave and his team for an incredibly smooth and seamless process wherein we felt thoroughly valued and cared for. The only thing we would do differently about this process: switch to the Robles Real Estate Group months earlier.
