In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends! He has two French bulldogs, Bentley and Frenchie who are always at his side as well. His greatest passion besides Real Estate is sports. On his days off, you can find him on the golf course, in the hockey arena, on the ball diamond, or anywhere that allows for his competitive side to come out.

He was willing to meet with us at any time and location to accommodate our busy work schedules. At our initial meeting, Dave presented himself professionally and well prepared; immediately we could tell Dave took his profession seriously. During the meeting he presented his team, services, the pros and cons of our property and a real down to earth assessment of our property and the current state of the market. We immediately signed with Dave and his team. Dave and his team were well organized, had all documents in place and ensured nothing was missed.
