Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the market in the lower mainland, she is able to explain all of the steps in the buying process with ease (and in layperson’s language). She answers all of the questions with grace and understanding. Michele is patient and professional. I appreciate her ability to thoughtfully listen to my wants/needs/wishes/preferences in a forever home. I am also grateful for her ability to point out the things I may not notice at a home viewing (that may or may not be a problem). She is also prompt and attends all listing appointments, as promised and arranged. Additionally, Michele goes above and beyond her roles and responsibilities (reminders of process/expectations/checklist via email/text/call, recommendations of trusted professionals required in process, and moving box delivery!!) even after the sale is signed off.
