Me and my partner were underwhelmed with Mike & his team. It really seems like his priority is image and notariety. And I have doubts as to whether each client is treated equally... We specifically asked for him to be present during showings and he gave us his word that he would... yet he ended up sending his minions to host showings. One of which fully lied to us. We asked if they showed potential buyers, a specific portion of our property, they said they did yet we reviewed our surveillance cameras and learned they had not. We soon ended our contract early and went with a more dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

My family and I had the pleasure of dealing with both Mike and Abhi throughout the entire sale process of our home. Extremely professional team, fun to work with, and they all have a high magnitude of knowledge in what they do. Moreover, they were very open to our own thoughts and opinions on important matters such as selling price, timings of showings, negotiations etc., which made us feel that much more comfortable. They were great in accommodating our busy schedules and define what client service truly means. Our house was sold within 3 days of being on the market for over asking. The Real Estate Council of British Columbia has reprimanded a Surrey real estate agent. It found Michael Ryan Marfori and Mike Marfori Personal Real Estate Corporation committed professional misconduct under the Real Estate Services Act. He was ordered to pay a $3,500 fine, $1,500 in enforcement expenses and successfully complete a real estate trading services remedial education course.

I personally had a bad experience while talking with Mike When I told Mike that I want to buy house, in the first instance he said in first meeting I must have to sign up contract with him else he would not come and also he said I will be talking to his juniors. And I found him to be arrogant while he said I think I cannot work with you during first call when I said first let me see whether you understood my likes and dislikes by sending few listings on my email. I called him coz I did not know any realtor before and took his contact from his advertisement on road side. I felt depressed after talking to him while he disconnected the phone in a very arrogant manner...
