Mike Marfori

You don't even deserve 1 star rating but to put a review I had too. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mike Marfori during my recent home purchase. Professionalism and respect are the bare minimum one should expect in real estate, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Mike was rude, unprofessional, and even resorted to racist remarks toward my real estate agent simply because of his background. Telling an Indian hardworking professional to "go do Uber" instead of being a real estate agent is highly offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, he used curse words during the conversation, further showing a complete lack of ethics and professionalism. As a buyer, witnessing such behavior was disheartening. No one deserves to be treated this way, and discrimination has no place in the real estate industry infact in any industry. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Mike—respect, integrity, and professionalism matter, and you deserve better.

Mike is one of the best professionals I've worked with in the real estate industry. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about real estate and tends to go the extra mile for his clients. He's a great realtor and I know, will continue to grow in his success.

Mike Marfori and his team are by far the hardest working group out there. This is a tough market, Mike and Ronn Diaz were able to get me the exact place i wanted and under asking price. Unbelievable!! Made the whole experience very easy as a first time home buyer. Strongly recommend Mike and any of his team members as your realtor. You won't be disappointed. It's been a couple of years that Mike and his team helped us with the sale of our house, but he deserves a review regardless. Mike was professional and responsive to all our inquiries and concerns. He was transparent and honest with the details of the sale and was quite reasonable in making us understand the pricing in terms of the market value. The sale was eventually a smooth one and hassel-free. We highly recommend to use Mike Marfori & the team!

Mike Marfori and his team are the absolute BEST— they helped my wife and I sell our townhouse in only 7 days! This was our first home, and our first time selling our home, so we were pretty nervous about the whole process, but Mike and his team made us feel comfortable and kept us informed every step of the way. Some of the things they did that helped the sale: - Gave us great advice on staging our home. We were initially going to move out first and sell the house empty, but Mike suggested we keep our furniture and some decorative items around and just tidy things up a bit, as it helps potential buyers picture themselves living there. This was huge in getting our home good turnouts— we're so glad we listened to his advice! - Had a professional media team take photos, make a video, make a 3D virtual tour, build a website, just the works. We were blown away by all the media created for our home, kudos to the media team! - Scheduled showings and followed all proper COVID procedures. We were nervous at the thought of showing our home to strangers, but knowing that Mike and his team all wore masks, used sanitizers, and wiped everything down at the end of each showing put us at ease. Every time I came back to the house after a showing, I was pleasantly surprised to see how neat and spotless the house was— not a single thing was ever out of place. This level of care was very much appreciated! - And probably the most important thing (in my eyes)— Mike and his team frequently kept us in the loop via group chat. Every update, every question, every request, every little thing I could think of was answered immediately by Mike or one of his team, no matter what time of the day. We could literally have a question at 10pm and he would answer a minute later. It was these things (among a whole host of others) that made our sale a success, and it wouldn't have been possible without Mike and his team. Mike, Meagan, Cheryl, Crystal— we can't thank you enough for your care, kindness, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and insane group chat reply speeds. You guys are the best!
