Born and raised on Vancouver’s West Side, and now residing in the South Main neighbourhood, Newell has an in depth knowledge of what makes each of Vancouver’s many unique neighbourhoods.

Newell’s naturally outgoing and likeable personality, as well as his experience as a business owner in the Automotive industry makes him an excellent negotiator as well as provides excellent networking opportunities to find you a buyer for your home.

Newell is also an owner of a early 20th century house and thus has good mechanical knowledge regarding the maintenance and up-keep of an older Vancouver home. When selling or helping you buy an older home, Newell is able to share this wide range of knowledge and personal expertise with you.
