Viet was /still is amazing .. I had sold my house with another broker , and our plan was to purchase a home with him as our agent . When we made offers on potential homes our broker was unable to close out deals , I feel it was due to his inability to communicate. We had to let that broker go, as we had less than a month to find a new home . We were referred to Viet from a friend . Viet ,from day 1 was awesome , he found numerous listings for us, and he had insights on each home , providing us with his positive and negative feedback for each home. We closed on a new build with Viet, he was able to negotiate an amazing price for us . Even after the finances were complete , Viet was still present for all of our meetings/walkthroughs with our builders. He was more meticulous than both my wife and I when it came to deficiencies. To this day, I am still in contact with Viet . He keeps me in the loop with the current market , and he always sends us nice birthday/Christmas gifts . If I were to sell and purchase again, there would be no doubt in my mind who I would choose as my broker.

I am so glad my friend recommended Viet to me to purchase my first home. Viet and his team, especially Helen, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, pro-active, and provided invaluable advice and support throughout the entire process. Being a first time buyer, they took the time to walk me through what to expect in terms of fees, paperwork, and the overall experience - and even sent helpful reminders close to the possession date about setting up Hyro and other necessary services. They also listened to what I was looking for in an apartment and what my needs were (especially as a pet owner), and sent me updated listings that met my criteria almost daily! I knew immediately I was in good hands! I was told by other recent buyers that it would likely take time to secure an apartment, as in their experience they were being outbid or looked over multiple times before finding a new home. However, I had the opposite experience with Viet! Him and Helen secured the first apartment I made an offer on in spite of it receiving multiple other offers, all while staying within my budget. I took possession of my dream home on May 4th! Near closing, there turned out to be an issue with my financing that came to light TWO DAYS before closing, and Viet worked fast to contact the seller’s agent and push back my possession date. I felt badly that he had to deal with this, but he was so great about it and assured me it would work out. Thank goodness it did! Viet was also in contact with my mortgage broker often throughout and provided a lawyer/notary, as well as recommendations for insurance and other services. Him and his team even went through and read strata minutes from the building I was interested in to ensure I would not be purchasing a “lemon” or inheriting any building issues. He made the process seamless and easy. Honestly, Viet and Helen made this very stressful process much easier to manage and they were always available for any question or bump along the way. I am so grateful for their help and expertise. Any future purchases or sales I make will be through Viet and his amazing team. I can’t recommend then enough!
